In the article “Relativity Theory and Its Generalizations” by E. Recami ((5) pp. 53–128), it is stated:
“From the requirement that superluminal reference frames make sense, it follows that there must exist such objects and tachyons which are at rest with respect to S and s, respectively. From the fact that luxons L possess the same velocity for any observer – s or S – one may conclude that a bradyon B(S), with respect to S, will represent a tachyon T(s) with respect to any of the systems s, and vice versa:
B(S) = T(s) , T(S) = B(s) , L(S) = L(s).
This is consistent with the principle of duality, which we now supplement with the assertion: ‘It is assumed that in the S reference frames there exist exactly the same physical objects as in the s frames, and vice versa.’
In conclusion, let us note that when the same event is observed in systems s and S, timelike vectors are transformed into spacelike ones and vice versa when transitioning from s to S and from S to s. On the other hand, it is well-known that ordinary Lorentz transformations from s₁ to s₂ or S₁ to S₂ preserve the type of 4-vector. Therefore, one may say that subluminal Lorentz transformations must be such that:

whereas superluminal Lorentz transformations (SLTs) from s to S or from S to s must be such that:

Naturally, tachyons will also possess real rest masses, since they are ordinary particles with respect to their own rest frames – f, where f denotes superluminal reference systems.
From equation (16b), applied to the 4-momentum vector for tachyons, one immediately obtains the relation:
E2 – P2 = -m_{0}^{2} < 0
(with m₀ real).
Therefore we have:
Let us recall that any superluminal Lorentz transformation maps the interior of the light cone (P2 = 0) into the exterior region and vice versa.
One may note:
а) The speed of light, of course, retains its character as the limiting kinematic parameter of our four-dimensional cosmos (even if it is known that this limit has two ‘sides’), as well as its role in comparing units of length and time for various observers;
b) Tachyons will slow down as their energy increases, and accelerate as it decreases.
In particular, to reduce the speed of tachyons to the lower limit – C, an infinite amount of energy is required. On the other hand, when the velocity of a tachyon tends to infinity, its energy tends to zero. This prevents the violation of the general postulate stating that “energy can be transmitted only at a finite speed,” since a tachyon possesses zero energy precisely for those observers to whom it appears to have infinite speed. Note that a bradyon can have zero momentum and minimal energy:
m0 × C2,
and a tachyon can have zero energy and minimal momentum:
P0 × C,
however, bradyons B cannot exist with zero energy, just as tachyons T cannot exist with zero momentum relative to those observers to whom they appear as tachyons. Hence it becomes clear that infinite velocity can be attributed only to tachyons corresponding to the intersection of the hyperboloid with the plane (E = 0) ((5) p.72…).
Consider a tachyon with rest mass mo in its own rest frame and moving relative to us with velocity u; then we will see a mass:
( β2 > 1 ), m0 is real.
Obviously, tachyons should be assigned real, not purely imaginary rest masses, provided that we take into account the corresponding superluminal Lorentz transformations ((5) p.74).
“Of course, the physical laws in SR can be written in a universal form valid both for bradyons and for tachyons, i.e., in a form that coincides with the usual form in the case of bradyons. For example, equation (24), given in G-covariant form:

In section 5.1 Antimatter ((5) p.78), E. Recami writes:
“It was shown above that the reinterpretation principle (RJP) excludes any transmission of information into the past, even by means of tachyons, while it also makes it possible to predict – simply from considerations of relativity – the existence of antimatter” ((5) p.87…).
“The reinterpretation principle (RJP) should be termed the property of elementary particles of matter stating that objects with negative velocity moving forward in time do not exist. Any object (P) with negative energy, moving backward in time, can and must be reinterpreted as its anti-object (P̄) moving in the opposite spatial direction but endowed with positive energy and moving forward in time. Note that from our three postulates it follows:

Если вспомнить каким образом античастицы получаются из соответствующих им частиц, то можно сделать вывод, что античастицам формально следует приписать отрицательные массы покоя (но, разумеется, положительные полные релятивистские массы и энергии). Напомним для ясности, что в ковариантной форме для любой свободной частицы:
E = P0 = m0 u0 c2 ,
где u0 – временная компонента 4 – скорости. Неортохронное преобразование Лоренца – L, которое осуществляет только замену знаков всех временных компонентов:
E’ = – E = m0 (-u0 )c2 = – m0 u0 c2.
В результате, применяя принцип реинтерпретации так, чтобы получить соответствующую античастицу, окончательно имеем, для античастицы так :
E’ = –E’ = (-m0 )(-u0 )c2,
что античастица остаётся с отрицательной массой покоя, следовательно, можно записать:

и если корректно приписать положительные энергии, как к электронам \left ( \overset{-}{e}\right ), так и к позитронам \left (\overset{+}{e} \right ), тогда свободное уравнение Дирака, приводит к противоположностям для:

как и требуется, только с условием:
m0 (фермион) = – m0 (антифермион) ((5)стр.62).
Из вышеизложенных цитат, статьи Э.Реками, следует признать:
а) «Положительные» частицы (протон и позитрон) – брадионы.
б) «Отрицательные» частицы (антипротон и электрон) – тахионы.
